How muddy can it get? – Mühltal to Starnbergersee and back

The Sun is fighting against the cloudy traps of the grumpy Bavarian autumn… and on this Saturday, 16.10.2015 he actually wins. 18 degrees. Exactly 18, beautiful little circles, like this one °. And speaking of circles i remembered i still have a bike crying to be taken outside the work-home routine. This time the wheels carried me around the beautiful hills of Buchbichl all the way through Oberes Taxet and Unteres Moos till’ Starnberger see. The ride was more than nice with some segments of walking and down hill.

Normally Komoot (the app) is very accurate but today it was in the mood to play some jokes. That’s how after a couple of rights and lefts we ended up in the middle of a field which had now marked way what so ever. After 45 minutes of walking, pushing and pulling my bike i discovered the only way out and that was broken 🙂

Because of it we had to go back to the starting point and continue on to another way. But just before that we stopped and cleaned the bikes and our shoes. The best way to do it:

Luckily the weather was on my side so i could enjoy (with wet feet) the amazing October flowers.

All in all the 36 kilometers were more than enough to taste again the thrill of cycling in the mud:)
